More twists and turns than the Great Ocean Road.

No financials issued since 30/6/2018 yet making outlandish statements of going to be the biggest and greatest dairy producer that are a complete change from 4 weeks ago.

On 18/12/2018 the company announced on the Asx announcements platform a Strategy to create a regional intergrated dairy group.

1.  Fiji, December announcement stated $5M  was to be used to secure leases on prime daiying land.  Now today's announcement states existing Anthony's Dairies Pte.Ltd is to be part of the company.  Does anyone know of this company as it is not a registered company in NZ nor can it be founf as a dairy company registered in Fiji but there is a company in Fiji that sells coconut milk.   And to expect to produce 8,000litres of milk per cow within 2 years in Fiji cost effectively with profit is fanciful.
Also it needs to be remembered that a Mr. T. Kelly made a staement on HC that he is re nominating for a position on the Board at the spill meeting and that the pre feasibility other studies that led to the final feasibility study were of his doing.  What are Mr.Kelly's qualifications for the undertaking of such a study within the Dairy Industry?

2.  The 2 farms in AU one in the Riverina and one in Norther Victoria has anyone seen these farms of recent times.  Could be excellent farms when the drought breaks but never under the management nor associations of Pacific Dairies.  They also proctincrate about becoming exporters of dairy products abroard.

3.  NZ Dairy Products a newly registered company that was once previously registered and had members of the Anthony family as directors but not a significant player within the dairy industry.

Once again this announcement appears to be a knee jerk reaction by the BOD, asking shareholders trust us we are great when there has been nothing but hollow promises from these people and their associates from 2012 when they vended into MPD.

Also mention of all these nameless new players for BOD positions and all except one to be non executive appointments.  Go figure but I have quite a few ideas on who some of those nameless people could be and it certainly will not engender confidence for the investing community nor broking houses.  If this is as they say why hasn't it been released earlier and more importantly why are people nameless.

IMHO  there is and has been a very need for associates to only know the true facts of what is being hidden from the genuine long suffering shareholders of this so called company.
