I'm not sure about that.

Have a look at the list of those that were the allotees of the placement, those we call "sophisticated investors".
Have a look at the individual purchases, some as low as 1,000,000, quite a few at 1,500,000, and then a few about 4/5/6,000,000.

As was pointed out they could be playing the strategy of free-holding there options.

Every time the .006 pack gets thick they pounce. Still a few more to go yet.

As far as I can see, and I could be wrong, only three of those allotees appear in the top 20 holders.

I have a lot more I could add about this company ... maybe later.
