DRLD; W&R; CIRC; POOH TO LOG;
Drilled ; washed and reamed ; Circulated ; Pulled out of hole to log.
Short and sweet ; my take is that "Circ" is the clue.
The Mud Logger would IMHO have had a Sniff and the wire logging was thought to be worthwhile.
Contractors don't go an extra 200 on a duster .
Some desperado dumping .004's doesn't make or break.
