I think with the NBN problems there could be issues for recruitment companies only using the internets to recruit staff.
Also when I hire my staff I like to eyeball to eyeball them in person, in a brick and mortar, to get a gut feel what kind of fella I am looking at hiring.
Good firm handshake also goes a long way.
