Are you referring to this payment or sth else?
If it's this payment it say cash or shares upto CXO in these situations 99.9% of the time shares are issued not cash.
And it says 5Mt within the bynoe tenure, I do not believe that condition has yet to be met.
Unless this is a separate payment I would not be banking and on any money showing up from there even if the conditions are met, it will be shares.
