don't need the full board to apply for CEOL.. its a mgmt / operational process. Yes, having Martin Borda on the board is a great thing he is the man driving Maricunga project through the corridors of power in Chile. He is a smart businessman & wealthy and has a reputation of building big business out of nothing... with current govt all this should play in his favour where as with previous govt it must have been difficult!! All things remaining the way they are LPI market cap shld be 200mil+ it is very frustrating but something that could turnout brilliantly!! only time will tell...
