    a new local ceo would have cost anything btw AUD300k to 500k + free options.. 


    with Cristobal - best part is ceo salary only AUD100k & 2mil options only if SP over 60c!! and hopefully continuity of what the LPI board has promised - DFS in Dec 18, Litio settlement as soon as & focus on offtake partner while EIA is in process... nothing new or learning curve for Cristobal..!! again good decision
