I recall some $20m + was spent @ 29c by NST a significant stake late last year. Some milestones to hit yet but if such a move were on, between what I suspect are two very well known to each other, vwap is often only to build a headline. Imagine a whopping 150 % or 200% of market, always sounds wonderful and to most would be ok.
