I don't thank him for his contribution, because as chairman of the board, as with all the board member at the time, they approved of the decision of the company to try and squeeze CE approval through under what was clearly the wrong classification. Remember that TIS chose BSI because they said they could do it. The fact that they changed their mind at the last moment is wrong. They should never have ever said it could be done. But TIS should never have tried to slide it through in the first place. Risk management? So close but it blew up. Thanks Roger. Enjoy your golf.
