Reading between the lines there are a number of indicators that suggest the Datetix app is failing:

1. They no longer report on active users whereas we were getting monthly updates 9 months ago. They cant say its immaterial as the share price has halved since then so its twice as material
2. Acquisitions of other apps in other countries suggests they needed other sources of growth
3. Change of strategy to focus on premium matchmaking (which has been detrimental because its no longer viewed as an online growth company)
4. Big fan fare when they launched Datetix in China in May 2016….no update since suggests this was a failure
