Just bought my first 2lites of Paris Creek full cream milk.
I like my milk. Honestly not trying to push the product but as I'm "in" (just a toe at this stage) I figured "got to give it a taste test" for my own peace of mind.

All I have to say is it's like chalk and cheese b/w other brands on the market including A2M which I thought was pretty damn good by the way...if you're into the fullest of full flavoured whole milk (they do skim as well but not my thing). Do yourselves a favour...wicked good!

Not sure which way they are going to head on the milk front as they stipulate in the ann that they are at this point looking like a broader foodie venture. But whichever way they want to go can say that wrt the milk side of things and any derivatives thereof the base product is sensational...doesn't say on the bottle if it's from A2 protein stock but taste wise...sensational...which for me means that aside from the organic perspective...any derivitative products are going to be highest grade.

    Impressed.

Think this is going to be an interesting ride...the only Oz industry I see as having a macro long term certainty globally is our clean food produce (same for NZ)...everything else is pretty much open to the whims of the global market.

Oz has it's role as a global ambassador...how we set up ourselves is up to the electorate. Right now both major parties are lapdogs to the Yanks. We however live in Asia. We could be a lot more...but we're not. Hopefully we take a leaf from NZ because we're getting ridden hard here into the place of no return.
No idea who is going to step up and sort this country out. It's a travesty. It all starts with govermental transperancy something we lost a long time ago. We now have deceiptful issue dodging schoolchildren running out Parliaments with a complisnt main stream media and lobbyists (parliamentary buddies) serving their interests at our direct tax paying cost...we have to do better...a lot better. We need activists...we need to go back to free education and free thought for citizens. Shame on us for being slavish to these self serving scheisters. Can't believe how they go into elections saying how they're going to throw buckets more of our money to their mates and telling us how good it is for us as we watch our national debts skyrocket on projects that would never have been given green lights with any kind of research or any kind of transoarency to the contract costings and tender processes. These should always be compulsory public information and open to our scrutiny. It never is...our FOI laws are increasingly draconian and our whistleblower legislation exists to persecute and identify whistleblowers and expose them (who woulda thought) thereby perpetuating our cronyistic corruptive self serving politicak culture.

Em'...apologies...not sure how I ended up there...but the milk's great.

Might have a little lie-down after testing blood pressure....
