Paris Creek spend quite a bit of time to get their supplier farms to bio-dynamic status. In the meantime, they have to take the milk from these farms and make product with it in the transition time in order to keep the farmer with them.
That is the Adelaide Hills cheese product that is on sale in Woolworths and Coles. It is presumable sold at negligible margin in order to use up the transition milk supply.
Ramping up bio-dynamic milk supply is not something that can be done overnight. It takes years and costs money.
