I was under the impression that organic milk is future here....

I was under the impression that organic milk is future here. However after chatting to a few 50+ mums today I understand organic butter/ cheese are very high in demand ( even from medical perspective as most doctors often recommend organic food in particular organic dairy products such as cheese/ butter/ yogurt to overcome/ minimize the effect of certain diseases). Not sure if other companies produce such products?

Also I understand that the demand for organic dairy products is increasing in Australia and given there aren't many who can compete in this space I think we will struggle to meet the demands if sales are expanded to other states within Australia. As such focusing on increasing production capacity and try to market in other states and through different distribution channels seems to be a best way forward for now... Definitely holding for long term and will add more on any weakness and whenever I can..
