Got a call from KGM (a nice gent, Wade J.). He simply said 'the details of the letter of intent are commerical in confidence; so there is nothing that can be shared'

I said I understand, but it seemed odd that price sensitive info is 'secret'. He really had no answer. Not in a bad way, just in a 'no answer' way.

So, I guess at least we can be happy KGM is honestly disclosing it will not disclose.

But, it seems 'stuff' is happening.
