It might sound odd, but I think investors are waiting for validation of there process via a new contract that does not have any political influences. Until we get that, i don't think we will see to much movement. These MOU's are great for the company and help reinforce the balance sheet with better margins, but the SP wont see any major movement on these alone. They need a announcement around their Qure System. The supposed disruptive technology has not yet been very disruptive! Still a believer.
