My guess, and thats all it is, is that we will sit around here till the 1.5c CR closes keeping us all from buying in, then the moment it closes we wont have a chance to buy under 1.5c, they will be scooped up quickly.
Someone doesnt want you to buy under the offer, for whatever reason only known to them.
