With all that cash in the bank and low burn rate, and knowing his stock traded many times over 2c with volume just before the SPP............he decided the company was desperate for $300k and only worth 1.5c (I might add only a small handful of shares went out at that price and subsequently bounced really well).
Absolute genius...........this guy should really be working as a professor at Mensa or MIT instead
He will be lucky to get a single dollar from shareholders in an SPP.....
