This capital raise ranks right up there with the worst I have seen in terms of timing, judgement, and execution
Absolutely piss poor effort on managements behalf....
Plus this ship looks like it has leaks judging by the way stock was being dumped before the announcement
If I wasn't losing 40% of my money I would dump this stock in a heartbeat out of spite
