I had a look it's William there now, I assume he will not be involved on the Cuervo side as it would be a conflict of interest.

I'm still hoping Cuervo end up with control as they have been much more effective at operating in Peru. They also have more resources.

Sure they would be some dilution but a more effective management team and much larger resources would result in a higher share price, srk is still trading at a discount to cash.
