Unfortunately I don't know the answer to your question. However if you examine the depth you'll see that someone with a lot of shares appears to think it'll be in the next month.....new order to sell 8 million shares at 5 cents NOT .05 cents!
Hope that person knows something we don't and the settlement is imminent or maybe there is a takeover offer in the wings. Who knows maybe our tech could be used for separating THC?
