The loan is from a shareholder with well-established links to Allied.
It is 'unsecured' today but tomorrow might be a different story.
Given the number of shares on issue this still has an expensive market cap given it's immediate prospects.
It will be in the interests of Allied to keep the market cap up due to its next corporate move.
