The Company has entered into initial discussions with other companies regarding the possibility of joint ventures or possible corporate arrangements. Although normal confidentiality agreements have been executed, no firm indications of any possible arrangements have yet emerged and may not eventuate.
Good luck with that.....as long as Allied are there I think a JV would be out of the question who would join forces with them track record is shamefull.
Now a take over would be nice who knows maybe ABU could come in and take them over.....never thought I would say that but at current share price could be a goer and with Allied gone could work. Just my frustrated thoughts.
