Must admit, I was thinking they would have to suspend activities until the CR was completed. The increased private loans (another 500k) would simply be so that they can keep moving forward.
Just questioning that the initial loan contract of 350k was to be paid in shares issued at 4.5c. It now seems that this will be paid in shares issued at 3c, meaning more shares having to be issued and greater dilution. Isn't a huge amount but a contract is a contract and should be binding.
Anyway, I think we can now also expect very shortly an announcement of the commencement of drilling in Fraser at least.
