Dig deeper into management experience or Board experience not really there in this industry - Two of their better Board members resigned after a short stint and it has moved forward. Agree that UK is profitable but very flat on year on year and quarter by quarter comparison 2017 to 2018 probably indicates no big market wins in UK or Oz. MD's loan only shifts expenses savings from one bucket to now having a $280K+ interest liability. I'd Like to see sustained improvement, not daily short term jolts to bounce the share price.
