Very RAW deal. If lko were cashed up maybe...but we get diluted to hell 3m vs 60m market cap so upside in new entity is very limited.
Lko will have a consolidation to raise funds..so down we go again!
The directors of this company will and should have a tarnished reputation forever....they are a bunch of losers for rolling over..incompetent, unprincipled, and weak.
