Not sure where the complexity is:
offer is 15 LKO per RAW share - no cash in the offer
15 x 0.0022 = 3.3c value
for a stock that has traded between 3.8 and 4.5 cents???

I thought there was a cross connection across the boards, but cant see it immediately, so Ill retract the related party comment

Personally I think the board got a bit tired of being a minnow with poor funding.

So they sold out to another minnow with billions of shares on issue ... and poor funding.
