As soon as LKO said they had over 51% and were unconditional AND planned to delist RAW, I accepted the bid. I have already received and sold my LKO shares.
Worst takeover I have ever seen on the ASX and complete abandonment of consideration for the shareholders, the true owners of the company.
I suspect some cronyism lurks in the woodpile, I cant believe any decent director would have taken this bid.
