I am not an expert but I googled this a bit when I chose to sell my RAW a month or two ago.
ASX has a guidance note out No 33.
If you look at Updaters UPD recent announcements (now proceeding to delisting) there is some good info.
All that is needed is a vote at a Special Meeting and the resolution only needs passing by a majority of votes.
So given LKO holds 89% of RAW it would seem the delisting is a given if they proceed.
Again if you read UPD's info, the company has no obligation to provide a market for remaining shareholders.
That's my understanding, DYOR on this.
