Hfox1,
There was a little mentioned about drilling conditions at Caucheri. Namely that the drilling conditions were slow and not suited to the rig initially doing the work. They have re-tooled the rotary drill rig to better suit the conditions and the third hole is now underway. Part of the discussion around the conditions was that the high flow rates in the encountered sands had a lot to do with slowing the drilling. These high flow rates are a good sign and exactly what we are looking for - now we need to prove the concentrations and chemistry before we can be sure we are onto a winner!
As far as the 1.25M is concerned, I only had 3-400k before the pullback this time last year - so the dip in the SP has given me the opportunity to really ramp up and accumulate at prices I believe to be “cheap”. In my own mind, I’m convinced there is a huge amount of upside in the SP and that the key variable is “time”. Whether it be 2019 or beyond, I believe the fundamentals are indicating that things will go in the right direction in due time.
Consider:
- the true supply and demand picture (I.e. not Morgan Stanley’s view).
- the legislative moves being made by Governments in Europe, America and Asia regarding phasing out new ICE vehicles through the next decade or so. Continues to add to the demand.
- the big moves being made by major car manufacturers (including BMW, Audi, Porsche, Hyundai, Toyota, Chinese car makers, etc), investing in and fast tracking their EV options to stay in the game for the mid-to-long term......think of Kodak and how drastic their fall was when they ignored changes from film to digital!
- the huge increase in the number of giga-factories in the works over the last 3 years. The lithium has to come from somewhere!
- the extent of the land pegged out.....with 4 distinct, company making opportunities.
- what we have already in the way of indicated and inferred resource at Kachi over only part of the land let alone the whole parcel.
- the upside involved with Lilac - increasing concentrations, ability to extract near enough to double the Lithium over evaporation ponds and the far shorter time for production.
- the 100% ownership of the tenements making things very attractive to large offtake parters.
i think the case is compelling and I’m of the view that this will become apparent to many many more investors through 2019 as the overall picture becomes clearer.
Just my views and be sure to DYOR!
