Offcourse there is no money left for all these new technologies as goverments are damn broke around the world. But that will not prevent the technology taken over in 5 years... busses, trucks, cars it will all be electric. People will receive lendings to buy 50k cars with easy credit checks... We now live in a world where the 3 blocks will make it possible  CHINA EUROPE and USA  They will devaluate the currencies to do so ... as they are busy to do it the last  10 y. No fear for delays.  Jobs will be created... general public will drive / co share the E.V.s  and more debt will be issued....   how to hedge yourself against the devaluation of cuurency ...  LKE and others are a very good start , they will benefit from the madness,
