Fourth deal with the same RPO Korn Ferry signals that this is becoming KF's default, go-to solution for new large Enterprise RPO agreements.
I spoke with LVH founder and CEO at the AGM - Korn Ferry "Get it", i.e. the value LVH's solution brings. Korn Ferry started as a specialised HR/Recruitment /Executive Search firm, so they are deeply skilled in selling the value to CHROs and HR Directors.
KF's move into RPO is fairly recent, and they are obviously having success selling the value of their offering, as distinct to typical RPO who focus on volume and speed, ahead of value and service.
Sounds like KF and LVH are a good fit.
