I have been to a presentation with LiveHire and its management before. This is completely different proposition to many other technology plays, as it comes from a recruitment background (through Geoff Morgan, Michael Rennie (minted bloke from McKinsey and other players)) that is specifically designed to make the recruitment process more efficient and productive. A lot of these other things just make more noise.

Specifically on REFFIND, their deal in my understanding was completely different to LiveHire in that it was just a Randstad technologies division, to refer someone to hire there, not that of an RPO partnership. A RPO partnership is the equivalent of a channel partner where LiveHire's Talent Community can be sold and utilised for major corporations.
