If QANTAS only made 2 flights a year they might, but I get your point. Perhaps the size of the contract dictates a price sensitive announcement.
We all know real price sensitivity will happen when US Govt announces no. of LCS funded in this years budget and AUS Govt announces winner of OPV tender.
Not much else going to happen in 2017.
