Ann: Litigation Update, page-46

I have read through the litigation update and it states, "The proceedings were completed in 2 days", my opinion only but this I presume states the case is finished.

Reserved decision is a legal term. After the hearing of a trial or the argument of a motion a judge might not immediately deliver a decision, but instead take time to review evidence and the law and deliver a decision at a later time, usually in a written form.
It is a more thought out decision compared to ex tempore where a judge hands down a decision of a case soon or right after a hearing.)

In this case i don't see it being a deferred decision, this would mean something different entirely from my understanding, in a criminal case a deferred decision is the time to make the decision counts towards the sentence.

like everyone I am wanting and I believe its good news for LKO, GLTOH
