Thats a fair question. If it was simply a matter of law interpretation, i sure the Govt would have found a way of winning. The long wait length unless arbitrary required, would indicate a weighing up of many facets and it follows if they say it was wrong and ban lifted, surely that also means calculating reasonable damages and Lakes may have to show a calculation of best case Rev then judge would need to award part of that so to be fair to both sides even though LAB should be punished same as ball tampering- no excuses they knew what they were doing on both counts. The longer this takes might be in our favour or it gives time for the judges to work our fair judgement IF lakes has a leg to stand on or not as it may be.
