So regarding litigation YOW tried a payment to Hank but couldn't get an agreement. That is a big turn around compared to previous position and are now collecting wrapper. . Without the wrapper there will be no bond held from Hank so any settlement if it ever went YOWies way would be hard to recover Id reckon.

At least they are consistent with downgrades on financials, introduction to other regions , delays in books new product, new series and cartoons , scripts and now on court case That is a clean sweep.
