There is no evidence that they are producing anything at all.
There is no cash flow.
They relay on their lenders not to call in their debts.
And above all there is no transparency of their dealings.

I think they have come to the conclusion it is all too hard to make it work in China and somehow they found and grabbed this opportunity, which happens to be the flavour of the last half year.

It is pure speculation re Lithium, be careful.

Even if there is Lithium and even if it is commercial, this is going to be along way down the road. There will be plenty of cap raising required and therefore a way to get in cheap if you must be in this stock
