Maybe their ratio of options to heads is low, so not in their interest, if options are then converted greater dilution will occur?
Look management will only want the options converted if they need the money asap. . . . . maybe they are producing Magnesium right now in china and we all don't know, imagine if they announced we've refined 2000t of magnesium last 3 months. Boom BOOM we are 10-15c+ then we have revenue, or if you need the same amount of money the options would have produced you only have to distribute half the share quantity now!. I believe management have been stocking up last few months too....
Basically @traydor why raise X amount of money @ 7c when you can do it at 15c or 30c
