Well the good news is the Chinese are picking up real estate in the area of ELA 70 where Cullen has 2 applications. Ela70/4802 4803..
CMC and its Chinese partners believe the area has good lithium prospects, plus aged coal and other stuff they could squeeze money out of it...
If one recalls what the Chinese done to the Sydney Melbourne property prices, perhaps the real estate around Greenbush gets a liftoff and pulls CUL into the game...
The Lithium rush hasn, t started in earnest... This stuff is the fuel of the future..... Power storage... Etc... So talk about a bubble is baloney in my humble opinion.
