Ann: LIT: Response to LPD statements made on 1 and 10 March 2017, page-40

Our potential JV / currently paid up LMax licence holder EMH - their PFS is due to be announced in 3 weeks or so. We should hopefully get an understanding as to LMax's place in their setup as a cost comparative to Dorfner's tech Of interest, our recent investor presentation featured three green diamonds highlighting "potential" LMax plant locations. Of particular importance is the green diamond positioned adjacent EMH's Cinovec project as a likely plant location for LMax and LPD. May be reading too much into this; but I like our boards confidence in including this as part of our strategy all the same OR is our boards confidence to include in the preso justified ??
