Seriously....get agrip......you really want to raise at these levels to buy new projects.....we would be diluted to oblivion........no fault of managment tthis has dragged on.....(liberal use of the rear view mirror in your comment ) .......a little reread on why we got in this in the first place wouldnt go amiss.....? But yes, the spec end of the market can sure put you through the wringer....i still think we could all get well paid here.
