re: Ann: LIO Share Buy-Back and Appendices 3C... Yes 65% of shareholders get all the money equiv to 9c-10c/share and the other 35% of shareholders get some non-performing oil asset that is then diluted by large share issues.
Talk about oppression of minority shareholders.
I will be writing to both ASX and ASIC concerning this matter this weekend.
All shareholders should be treated equally and be given a capital return from the cash held.
