Too right this should be lodged (I have nothing to do with this application). Yet another example of the what I consider to be unethical behaviour by this mob. LRF2s should never have been allowed to come into existence by my reckoning, instead should have been cancelled at the time of buyback from Carrousel and Weiss. I know shareholders voted on that, but which independent shareholder in their right mind would not wish for them to be gone? I continue to hold mine and will not accept the offer as it stands. Sell the listed stuff instead, and the unlisted iron ore play can be sold or backed into the ASX shell left over.
