re: Ann: LinQ Resources Fund - Panel Receives... They have included the treasury stock bought back years ago. In accordance with undertakings to the Takeovers paenel can't actually buy these until they reach 90% of all ordinary stock. In reality have only had acceptances for 22mill shares so including their 32mill still shy of 50% of the 115m shares on issue. So shareholders of more than 50% of the stock still think its a dud deal and given several extensions I reackon they wont get to 90% unless they up the offer to more realistically align with the value of the underlying assets. I know I wont be accepting for my meagre holding.
