I've seen anything from a couple of weeks to more than 6 months. Depends on how organized they are, the asx has many more hoops to jump through than they used to, it's pretty much as hard as an IPO. I'd imagine they are pretty good at attention to detail considering the technology they have developed. I think they will need to release a prospectus and do a capital raising and name change before reopening among other things.
