If we take a look at the daily trading volumes this past 12 months, it can be seen that the higher volume days were taking the SP higher and the low volume days saw the most reductions in the SP when the buying petered out. There hasn't been any "dumping".    Confirms in my mind that the "market" is certainly the cause of the lower SPs.  Says to me that when those "market" conditions turn so will the SP and quite substantially as there has rarely been any strong selling resistance just relatively piddling profit taking.  Today, for example, strong buying (400,000) took the SP up from .75 to .83 and piddling selling (20,00) has replicated that SP drop pattern back to .79.
