Excellent outcome.
Much tighter structure, and current directors are the best leaders to carry the project as quickly as possible to production. (without the two Geolord directors).
Always had faith in the ability of the Kin directors to find gold and nickel - now have trust in their ability to put deals together for all shareholders.
The tight shareholding and potential for early cash flow on a rising gold price makes this an outstanding and exciting prospect.
