Further to my post 13/11 re Kunovus deal being pointless. Medigard does not have the expertise/personnel to handle such a project. Example - Bishop electronics - Cameron engineer I T, green tech, clean tech, communications - project designer Aaron Rodd fitter and turner, the claims to have diploma's in Civil and Mech Eng are fake/false - Channer real estate, plagiarist (B.C.D. AND B.F.N.), and trade mark infringer (Dettol world wide) - Dixon wheeler dealer and prolific company creator, Altnia, Noxopharm, Cynata, Exopharm, Nyrada, Cardio Therapeutics etc, and now Medigard (80m shares).
Re Data exclusivity for biologics - very good if product a success - not needed in this case.
