So if this fund raising falls into a hole, I place the outcome only at one spot and that is with the board and their broker/advisors.

They'd had made a great start at Mt Hardy and could have done a small placement to fund further drilling to extend what had been found. And am I sure under that scenario the SP would have kept appreciating & interest would have grown.

Yet with this back-firing move, they seem to have tried to walk before they can crawl.

We've had a CR in June, the announcement that govt funding had been awarded....and now they go for a big CR which will heavily dilute......what about being parsimonious with shareholder funds(?)
