So, who would you vote for in the upcoming meeting?
1. FTT has plunged from 63c in 2011 and more recently 37c in late 2014, to its current value of 0.004 (less than half of one cent)
2. PVD with no prior association (that I can see), suddenly buy a 'bazillion' shares and lodge a 249D to overthrow the board.
To say they've done this purely so they can collect management wages is simply ridiculous.....and deep down everyone knows it.
Asset at the ready as a more likely motivation would seem obvious, although yet to declare their hand.
3. FTT suddenly places a 'bazillion' shares. Timing of placement and price, raises some eyebrows.
4. FTT all of a sudden claim they may have a deal. Maybe. Possibly.
As I've said all along, if I was sitting back as an observer, the vote for the best chance at future shareholder value would appear obvious to me.
